organic kapha tea:

organic kapha tea is a ready-to-use teabag enriched with 16 Ayurvedic herbs. In Indian traditional medical systems like Ayurveda and Siddha, all the diseases are related to derangement in one of the tri dosas.

The tridosas are vata, pitta and kapha. They are loosely identified with inhaled air, bile, and mucus (which provide lubrication in joints, etc) though it is much more complicated than that.

All ayurvedic medicines aim to balance the tri-dosas. Kapha tea is an ayurvedic formula used to treat diseases that occur due to deficiency in Kapha.

Most respiratory diseases including common cold, dry cough, and fever are categorized under Kapha. The Tamil Nadu Siddha Association has identified the present Covid-19 pandemic disease as a disorder that arose due to Kapha and recommended Kapha pacifying ‘Kabasura Kudineer’ to treat the disease.

The properties of Maharishi Ayurveda’s Kapha tea and Kabasura Kudineer are broadly the same though there might be a difference in ingredients.

Kapha tea helps pacify and balance Kapha dosha in the body. A regular dose of this tea prevents diseases that arise due to Kapha.

In monsoon seasons or other times when there is a natural Kapha imbalance in the body, Kapha tea is the recommended solution to balance Kapha.
